Ava’s magical Halloween
Spells, pumpkins and one very bubbly potion.
Saturday morning
The biggest pumpkin 🎃
At Hollybrook Farm Ava found a pumpkin almost as big as her and refused to let go. Mummy pushed the wheelbarrow. Ava cast a "be light" spell. It did not work.
Saturday afternoon
Potion time 🫧
Ingredients: apple juice, orange slices, green jelly and "a pinch of giggles". Midnight the kitten supervised from under the table.
Saturday evening
Take off! 🧹
Hat on, tights stripy, wand sparkly. Ava flew her broomstick all the way to Nana’s door and turned Grandpa into a frog (pretend).
