Privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026
We make keepsake websites about children, so we take privacy seriously. This is the plain-English version of how we handle your information under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
What we collect
- From the order form: your name and email, your child's first name and age, theme, package, party date and any notes.
- By email afterwards: the photos, memories and party details you choose to send for the page.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider through a secure link; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, build and host your child's page, and handle payment and support. We never sell your information, and never use your child's photos or story in our marketing or examples without your separate written permission. The example pages on this site use fictional children and illustrations.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) hosts this website and the pages we make, and handles the order form: your order details are passed straight to our email inbox and are not stored on the website.
- Our email and payment providers.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own site.
How visible is a child's page?
Pages are unlisted and tell search engines not to index them, but anyone with the link can open an unprotected page. Password-protected pages are encrypted (text and photos) and can only be read with the password you share.
How long we keep it
The page stays online for the hosting period you've paid for. We delete the original photos and notes you sent us within 90 days of your page going live (or sooner on request), and remove the page when hosting ends unless you renew. Order emails are kept for up to 6 years for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or take a page offline at any time, by emailing hello@littlestorypages.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Photos of other people
Please only send photos you're happy to share and, for other children or adults in them, that you have permission to use.
